Site E - Black Ops Scenario
Administrator Jayanti
Hello Commander.
While the fact is not widely advertised, agents of the Evolved Intelligence regularly access open Maya channels for reasons likely ranging from intelligence-gathering to simple curiosity. These breaches are the primary reason for Aleph's continual scrubbing of classified data from public networks; even innocuous-seeming data can cause significant damage in the hands of a sufficiently pernicious enemy. Loose lips sink ships, as they they say.
Aleph monitors all enemy breaches of Maya to ensure that they cannot penetrate more secure branches of the network, while logging all accessed information to discern patterns that might reveal the aggressors' intent.
I believe I have identified one such pattern.
An EI breach was logged through a Hœnir Omnicraft research lab near Aritya. After making its customary unsuccessful attempts to breach military processing hubs, the intruder accessed a number of freely available data nodes all relating to one individual: PanOceanian Planetary Governor Samal Prescott. This is strange, as the EI does not assign any importance to Humanity's own self-appointed government; these would be replaced in the event of our conquest, so the enemy pays them no heed.
One hour later, a second breach was made through a public network in downtown Syldavia. This time the intruder exclusively accessed data relating to Governor Prescott's public events.
Commander, I don't know what the significance, if any, of these breaches might be, but as it is preferable to be excessively cautious in such matters, I am assigning you to augment Governor Prescott's security personnel until the significance of these intrusions can be ascertained.
Do not worry overmuch, Commander-- usually these intrusions amount to nothing. I fully expect to recall you without incident at the conclusion of the Governor's speaking tour at the end of the week.
Be well.

The Governor's Aides are carrying documents that the Governor is not supposed to possess. If the Solo Spec-Ops Sepsitorizes or extracts the Cube from any Governor's Aide, the Attacker will secure the Stolen Intel campaign reward for the Combined Army faction.
The Governor is considered to have survived if he ends the game not in the Dead or Unconscious states. If the Governor ends the game in the Sepsitored state, that does not preclude him from being considered to have survived when counting the defender's Scenario Points. However, if this does occur, the Attacker is considered the winner regardless of the final Scenario Point total.
The Stolen Intel is a reusable resource that may be used by the faction that secures it for the remainder of the campaign. Each round when assigning players to Mission Sites, this resource may be allocated to one Site to assist the allied player fighting there.
Benefit: The friendly player at that site gains +6 to the Initiative roll.
