Site C - Balanced Scenario
Maj. Jovita Rios,
4th Acontecimento Armored Squadron
I hope you're sitting down, Commandante, because ou're not going to believe this one!
Remember that cargo depot I told you about? Well, Coalition Command wasn't able to spare any manpower to go empty it out right away. No big deal, we figured-- an unmanned ammo dump in the middle of the arctic isn't exactly going anywhere! But then an hour ago, orbital sensors detected an enemy atmospheric craft making repeated attack runs over the yard!
A small scouting crew was sent in to survey the damage, and they got there just in time to see the last of the bombing runs. Except it wasn't any Morat gunship-- it was some grasa culo cargo ship throwing shipping containers out of its hold to smash the yard's defensive turrets!
According to the scouts, the ship has dropped a pair of cargo loaders to the surface, and they've spent the last forty minutes dragging pallets into some sort of energy beam that's pulling 'em up into space.
We're losing ground to the enemy every week, but this feels like a pretty embarassing fight to concede to the space monsters, Commander. I have no problem admitting that their soldiers outgun us in almost any fair fight, but I don't think we should be advertising that they can defeat us with a jodido garbage scow.
Please go show them that the bar for effort in the battle for Paradiso hasn't yet been lowered quite this far... at least, not yet..

The Loader may pick up any Cargo Pallet that is in base contact with the front of the Loader by spending a short skill. Once picked up, the Cargo Pallet always remains flat against the front of the Loader (if it was picked up at an angle, it is pulled flat). Cargo Pallets are considered to be tall enough to entirely block LoF to the Loader, and will do so even while the Loader is moving; in order to fire at the Loader, a model must be able to draw LoF to it around the side of the loaded Cargo Pallet.
Salvage crates secured during campaign missions become available for upgrading friendly Spec Ops models during the campaign. After the mission, roll to check each crate's contents on the salvage chart at right. The rolled upgrade becomes available to be purchased by any ONE allied Spec-Ops during the campaign at a cost of 2XP.
Once purchased by a Spec-Ops model, either apply the Munitions Salvage's ammo type to one rifle, pistol, shotgun, SMG, chain weapon, or grenade the model possesses, or grant the model a new CCW with the listed ammo type. Munitions Salvage replaces all other ammo types possessed by the weapon it is applied to.
